Overview:

The Patient Portal will be a source for patients in the 17-county Innovation Valley to build their own Personal Health Record. This will be a place where the patient will have the ability to create and store information relative to personal demographics, family medical history, over-the-counter medication lists, allergies, immunization records, etc. In addition, the patient member of IVhin will be able to view their own clinical Electronic Medical Record from the clinical patient viewer in a secure, password-protected manner.

Consumer/ Patient Survey: :

IVhin is soliciting input from consumers on a Consumer Survey in 2007 to gauge the needs of the community regarding personal health information and the functionality of day-to-day use of a Community Health Information service like IVhin.
